Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer Free Standard shipping on orders over $50.00 that ship to the USA. To qualify for Free Shipping, your order must amount to the $50 minimum after any promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges or taxes. Free Shipping is only available in the contiguous United States and to APO/FPO addresses.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Visit our Order Tracking page to input your tracking number and follow up on the delivery details.

What is Afterpay?
How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase in 4 equal installments, due every two weeks. You'll pay your first installment at the time of the purchase, and the remainder over time. How do I redeem points?
You may redeem points through your account page. Based on the rewards available to you, choose the reward of your preference and use your unique discount the next time you place an order with us!
Can I share my points?
Although points are not transferable, you can share discounts in exchange for points every time you refer a friend.
I sent my friend a referral, but I don't see my points.
The referred person must complete a minimum $5 purchase using the discount in order for the points to be awarded to the referrer.
Can rewards be combined with coupons?

I have been reviewing products, but I am not getting my points.
Points for reviews are awarded on verified purchase items, at a maximum of 1,000 per order.
How do I move up a tier?
Customers will automatically move up tiers as they acquire points.
Do points expire?
Points expire every 24 months.
If I spend my points, will I be moved down a tier?
As long as your account is active, you will keep their Tier status based on the lifetime points you have earned. Tier activity is evaluated every 12 months.

What is MŌDA® Renew & Recycle™?
We want to do our part to take care of the world we live in. We've teamed up with TerraCycle® to launch MŌDA® Renew & Recycle™, a program that helps our customers recycle their used makeup brushes.
What is MŌDA® Renew™?
MŌDA® Renew™ is our new line of renewable makeup brushes, featuring biodegradable handles that are made from sustainable plant-based polymer material.
What is TerraCycle®?
TerraCycle® offers free recycling options to communiites around the world to help collect hard-to-recycle waste throught heir Zero Waste box initiative.
What happens to the waste?
TerraCycle® specializes in breaking down hard-to-recycle waste. Brushes are separated into metals, fibers, and plastics. The metals are melted and the plastics undergo pelletization to be recycled. Finally, the fibers are recycled or composted. Visit TerraCycle to learn more about this process.
Are all of your makeup brushes recyclable?
Yes. Please read the Acceptable Waste guidelines to ensure that your brushes will be accepted into the program to be completely recycled.
- This program only accepts makeup brushes - yes, any brand!
- Brushes must be cleaned prior to sending.
- We encourage you to find ways to repurpose and recycle within your own community!
- Please do not send:
- Makeup product, makeup cases, makeup bottles, makeup bags, or makeup packaging.
- Makeup tools, such as sponges, wands, applicators, eye lashes, pencil sharpeners, brush holders, etc.
- Used paint brushes or art brushes.
- Non-makeup beauty brushes, eg. hairbrushes, or nail polish brushes.
Failure to meet the Acceptable Waste guidelines may result in ineligibility for discount.
What are Royal & Langnickel's plans for plastic packaging?
All of our plastic packaging is made from PET, globally recognized as a safe, recyclable packaging material. In addition, we plan to continue reducing our use of plastics in packaging by 2025.

What do I need to become a retailer for Royal & Langnickel Beauty products?
